(As per NEP 2020 and instructions from State Education Govt. the entry age for
Class I is 6+ years, hence every child has to complete 3 years of schooling prior to Class I)
Registration Forms will be available online from the school website www.dav14gurgaon.com
from Tuesday, August 08, 2023 to Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
Forms duly completed are to be submitted online along with the requisite documents and one recent passport size photograph of the child, positively by 12 noon on 23.08.2023.
Please Note:

Registration Fee is Rs.1000/- which is non-refundable.

Forms will not be accepted after 12 noon on 23.08.2023.

Incomplete/Incorrect Application forms will not be considered.

Submission of application does not guarantee admission. It will depend on the number of vacancies available.

Decision of the School Admission Committee for admission would be final.

Transport facility will be available on existing routes only.

Admission will be done on the basis of parameters mentioned below. List of draw of lots will also be put up, if required. (This refers to applicants with the same value points in a tie for the remaining seats).

In case of twins, both the sibling will get points. In a situation of draw of lots, the names of both will be considered in a single chit so that together both are either selected or not considered for admission.

List of the selected candidates for NURSERY and LKG would be displayed at schools’ website (www.dav14gurgaon.com ) on 06 September, 2023 at 4:00 p.m

EWS Category candidates must apply separately on the same dates.

Forms for EWS category may be collected from the school office between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm on the above dates.

All documents listed below should be produced in original at the time of verification/ admission and self attested photocopies to be uploaded on the website while filling the Registration forms.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE - Issued to the child by the Municipal Corporation (Attested photocopy with the form and Original at the time of Admission).

PROOF OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS - Passport/ Water Bill/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill (Landline or Post Paid Mobile Bill) (not older than three months) / Election Commission Photo ID Card/ Driving Licence/ Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/ Gas Connection Bill/ Photocopy of Passbook of running Bank Account/ Income Tax Assessment Order/ Registered Rent Agreement along with one Identity Proof of the parents.

PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CHILD – Recent coloured Passport-size photograph of the child clicked in the month of July/August.
